ALL Appointments will require a NON-refundable Deposit due at the time of booking, deposit will be applied towards the total of your service. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hrs prior to your Appointment. Canceling 24 hrs prior to appointment or No show will result in the forfeit of your deposit PLUS a $25 fee. This fee will need to be paid before being able to reschedule again. Deposits are only transferable ONCE within the same week of your appointment. If a card is on file, fee Payments may draft out up to 14 days until the fees have been satisfied. Any NO CALL/ NO SHOW may result in not being able to book again. Please no extra guests or Children Unless they are being serviced. Payments accepted- Cash, Venmo, cards. ALL Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. I no longer accept late appointments. If it’s not a busy day I may accommodate up to 5 mins, with a late fee of $1 per minute. If it’s a busy day there will be no accommodations.
